Great location near bus and ferry terminals. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Best aspects: the hotel had a decent spa in the basement, which was nice to unwind in. the breakfast was a good mix of Japanese and western foods.
The rooms were small and basic, and the beds were too small for two people to sleep comfortably. the lack of English-speaking staff made communication difficult at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on a tropical island. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I appreciated the small fridge that was provided. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice hot spring and useful washing machines and dryers for after beach trips. The location of this hotel was essential, as it was very near the bus and boat terminal, making transportation around the beautiful islands convenient. the hotel offered a free bus service to bring guests back to the airport. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus terminal and ferry station, making it easy to travel around the island and to other destinations. There are also various restaurants nearby, including one on top of the bus terminal office that offers excellent food and English, speaking staff. the rooms are clean and well, maintained, with amenities such as a TV, fridge, and wardrobe. the hotel has a spa in the cellar with a Japanese onsen and sauna, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day.
Some previous guests have mentioned that the hotel staff does not speak English, which may pose a challenge for non, Japanese speaking guests.

The hotel was conveniently located near the bus and ferry terminals, and provided a delicious breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western options. The staff were also helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The rooms could be small and some may have smoking smells in the hallways.
